Lisa M. Nousek, presently a partner at Boies, Schiller & Flexner in Armonk, New York, draws on her seven years of professional experience in the legal profession. Lisa M. Nousek received her JD at the University of Virginia School of Law.
While completing her law school studies, Ms. Nousek wrote the article titled Industry Self-Regulation of Direct to Consumer Prescription Drug Advertising: Promoting Consumer Knowledge and Safety, which won the Food and Drug Law Institute’s 2004-2005 H. Thomas Austern Memorial Writing Competition. She additionally contributed to the William Minor Life Moot Court Board and held the title of Senior Dillard Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program.
Ms. Nousek previously attended Harvard College of Harvard University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Earth and Planetary Sciences. During her time at Harvard, she also led the Small Claims Advisory Service Community Outreach program and played in the Harvard University Band.
A conscientious member of her community and a skilled equestrian, Lisa M. Nousek contributes personal resources to several nonprofit initiatives, including the Polo Training Foundation, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, and Friends of Karen. Ms. Nousek enjoys trail riding and playing polo during her free time.
